Is It Killar? The Pain Killar

Ooph…Pain...I can't bear it any more...., But why? Joy and pang are woven fine. Are there any solutions in pain killers?

Absolutely not. Consume as much of pain killers as you can to get rid of pain but all in vain.
  • Most of the NSAIDS and Opiod Analgesics (Pain Killers) worsens your pain in its own way rather than alleviating it, NSAIDS (non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) causes Kidney and Liver Damage, Gastritis/Hyperacidity, Allergic Reactions etc.
  • Opiod analgesics make your nerves more sensitive and there is also a risk of addiction potential.
  • When used as pain killer, Steroids causes immune damage and snatches life from the sufferer. Steroids alleviate pain at the cost of life. Regular Yoga, Pranayams, Asanas, Exercise, Homeopathy, Diurnal life, Good nutritious balance diet etc. is the way to painless life. More you endure pain less you will suffer.

Allergic Rhinitis and Bronchial Asthma

In case of respiratory tract allergy you must note following points:
1. Avoid exposure to variation of temperature in all conditions, Use nothing hot in cold weather and nothing cold in hot weather. Variation of more than 20 degrees of Temperature (centigrade) causes immunological injury to life force and causes over-sensitisation of living being. Due to this over-sensitisation, body over-reacts to allergens (which can hardly make any impact on normal human being otherwise) and results in allergic diseases like sneezing and running nose etc.
2. Avoid Rice, Banana, Arvi.
3. Regular exercise is must (As per age of Patient)
4. Avoid all pain killar and fever pills such as Paracetamol (Crocin), Nemuselide (Nemulid, Nice), Ibuprofen (Brufen, Combiflam etc.). All such type of medicines causes bronchospasm (constriction of air passage) and lead to asthma.
